With the eConnect™Player Ratings Module, casino operators have the ability to learn where and when their ratings are happening. At the moment ratings are entered by an employee, the Module will identify the activity in the seat that the player was rated at to verify accuracy, expose fraudulence or provide ares of improvement for training issues.
