Developed by Integrated Design Limited (IDL) and distributed exclusively throughout the Americas by Smarter Security, the Fastlane Interlock is designed for environments where a single breach can compromise personnel safety, classified operations, or critical infrastructure. Its two independent barrier sets are interlocked to open only one at a time, requiring successful authentication before forward progress is permitted — creating a controlled entry environment that eliminates the possibility of tailgating or forced simultaneous entry.
Supporting one or multiple authentication methods, the Interlock integrates seamlessly with biometric readers, smart card systems, PIN entry, and other credentialing technologies already deployed within government security frameworks. Fastlane Connect IP enables remote monitoring, lane control, and real-time system diagnostics for centralized security operations.
